Individualized Professional Development

We are very excited about utilizing immersion learning as well as personal and professional development communities to grow residents as leaders.

Our LEAD the PACC program allows residents to adapt individualized learning plans with flexibility to acquire skills aligned with developing interests and career pathways.

We recognize that plans change, and that the first year of residency training is critical to determining the best fit for your future career in pediatrics. The flexibility of individualized learning plans will enable residents to determine which career paths are going to lead to the appropriate career destinations as new knowledge, skills and interests are acquired.
