Flexibility to Innovate

A new residency provides new opportunity

Residents will have the unique opportunity to be a leader and contribute to the development of a new academic enterprise with Johns Hopkins Medicine.

Playing an instrumental role in something new is exciting. If you have an idea, it is going to be considered and discussed with peers and colleagues, and you will have the chance to work with our interdisciplinary teams to change pediatric health care delivery and systems of care for the future. We believe that resident physicians can lead these changes with their peers and faculty colleagues. Our residents will be prepared to become leaders for the health care systems of the future within pediatrics.

At Johns Hopkins All Children's OME, we promote the pursuit of individual academic excellence in patient care, education, research and leadership.

We want to see you continue to grow as a physician, and will encourage your pursuit of excellence along these paths during the residency training years. Our staff, nurses, faculty and leaders will learn much from you, and we are confident you will learn much with us as we approach learning, teaching, scholarship and research in new and innovative ways.
