Welcome to the Office of Medical Education. We invite you to explore our innovative educational opportunities for students, residents and fellows at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Designing new approaches to post-graduate medical education was an essential early goal when All Children’s Hospital became a member of the Johns Hopkins Health System in 2011. Faculty in St. Petersburg and Baltimore shared their creative vision to shape a new program for pediatric residents that allowed for early career discussions while providing innovative curriculum focused on leadership, research, quality improvement, advocacy and individualized medicine.
Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital offers a 90-year tradition of clinical excellence with emerging expertise in simulation, health care informatics, health systems science and clinical and translational research. Not only do we provide services for children in our community, but we also serve as a referral site for children throughout Florida and beyond. A 38,000 square-foot research and education building opening in fall 2018 will be home to a state-of-the-art Simulation Center, Biorepository, Resident Lounge and Collaborative Classrooms for JHACH trainees.
We encourage you to explore our pediatric residency program, apply through ERAS for the NRMP match, and visit our campus to meet faculty and current residents and enjoy the vibrant St. Petersburg/Tampa area. If you are a medical student seeking clinical or research experiences, please review our site and complete a brief online application so we can help design a great educational experience to prepare you for your career ahead.
Thank you for visiting us.
